Salwan leases Al Khail Gate phase 1

19/05/2009 – ame info – Saeed Bushalat, CEO of Salwan Property Management has said in a statement that the company has leased out the 3,835 units of the first phase of the Al Khail Gate Development, and is offering pre-leasing options for the second phase, which it expects to lease out by the year-end. Salwan currently owns and manages more than 14,000 residential and commercial units in different locations around Dubai.
